By Accepting I acknowledge and agree the following

• The primary renter and operator must be 25 years or older
• The operator must hold a valid driver's license to operate a watercraft
• All damage to boats will be the responsibility of the renter. A credit card will be held on file to cover damages.
• We reserve the right to deny the rental if we feel you are unable to operate the equipment safely.
• Children age 14 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. Life jackets are included with your rental.
• Lines and ropes must be in boat at all times while the engine is running.
• All doors must be closed when the boat is under-way. Each person must be in a designated seat while the boat is in motion.
• No person shall enter the water while the engine is running. Please turn the engine off while passengers board the tube and make sure the engine is off while swimming.
• The boats and jet skis have a maximum capacity set by Mile High Marina and will be upheld.
• All boats and jet skis returned after contract end time will be charged a late return fee of $25 per 15 minutes.
• Any boat that is returned excessively dirty will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $200
• Boats will be fueled after drop off. Please bring a card or cash at the end of the rental period to pay for fuel.
• The remaining balance on the rental is due at the end of the rental period. Only credit/debit cards are accepted for rental payments.
• You will be required to sign a contract upon pick up of boat or jet ski.
• Safety instructions will be given in English. For the safety of our guests all participants must be able to understand and speak English in order to participate

By Accepting I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the damage agreement listed:

You will be required to go through a thorough check-in and check-out review of your boat or watercraft to assure no damage has been caused to your rental while in your possession. At the time of check-in, a Marina staff member will give you instruction on how to operate the machine properly and areas of concern on the lake to avoid. You will also be able to walk through a diagram and physical inspection of the boat or watercraft with a Marina staff member to assess its status before you leave for your rental period. Upon your return, you will walk through the property assessment again, to assure no damage. A Marina staff member may then take a test drive on the machine to assure no damage has been caused to the motor. If damage is discovered, you will be charged the full cost of repair parts and labor quoted by an outside mechanic.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers will receive a full refund, minus a $25 booking fee for cancellations made with a minimum of 7 days notice. Within 7 days refunds will not be granted and customers will be responsible for the full deposit. In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances customers will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
